This includes leveraging technology, social media, and internationally recognised best practices to attract and retain top talent for the Jamaican Public Service. Employer-branding efforts are further supported by the GoJ Orientation and Re-orientation Programme, which ensures that all public officers are aligned with the values, culture, and mission of the Jamaican Public Service.
