Legal Services includes the provision of legal advice, representation, preparing legal opinions, reviewing and drafting legislative instruments and legal documents, managing litigation, negotiations, and supporting policy development for the efficient operation of the organisation. Profession titles include, but are not limited to, General Counsel, Legal Officer, Legal Counsel, Case Attorney, Director of Legal Affairs, Crown Counsel, Legal Executive, and Clerk of Courts.
